There are two main sets of safety and health legislation in Hong Kong SAR. They are the Occupational Safety Health Ordinance (Cap.509) and the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance (Cap.59). There are subsidiary regulations under these two ordinances. The compliance of some regulations could be assisted with the hire of safety consultant service and/or the purchase of safety equipment.
